The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 12.04.2018 and proceed in accordance with law.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that both the parties appeared for the enquiry and the said enquiry was closed as 'Civil in nature' and advised the parties to approach the Civil Court and the Civil Suit in O.S.Nos.11 of 2018 and 85 of 2018 filed by the proposed accused are pending before the District Munsif Court, Kuzhithalai.
