O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute and thereby not to harass the petitioners and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed her under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the complaint given by defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the case has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.456 of 2018 on 19.07.2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506 (i) of IPC.

5.Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the concerned Court.
