Respondents PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records in detention order passed in C.O.C.No.09/2021, dated 30.04.2021, on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Kattaraja @ Poornachanthiran, son of Manoharan, male, aged 26 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submits that the detention order, dated 30.04.2021, passed by the second respondent, has been revoked by the State under G.O.Rt.No.2975, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 09.07.2021.

2. Recording the above submission, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
