ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to fix the pay and disburse the petitioners arrears of salary from the date of regularization and service with effect from 25.10.1957 under G.O.Ms.No.27 Health and Family Welfare Department dated 18.01.1995.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
