The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police has not conducted an investigation in a proper manner has approached this Court seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.335 of 2023 from the file of the respondent police to some other investigation agency.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.335 of 2023 is almost completed and they are yet to file a final report. He further submits that the final report would be filed within a period of four weeks.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in a proper manner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. No costs.
