This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 25.01.2023, whereby the request for incentive increment was rejected.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2019 in the light of the order passed by this Court in M.Deivanai v. State, Rep. by its Principal Secretary, dated 03.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by 2/5
this Court.
4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2019 in the light of the order passed by this Court dated 03.09.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
