ORDER
The order passed in W.P.(MD)No.5668 of 2021, dated 15.03.2021, is said to have been complied with and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent corporation produced a copy of the payment details, which evidences that the interest amount on the commutation was paid on 07.07.2022. Incase the petitioner is aggrieved against the quantum of payment made, liberty is hereby granted to him to workout his remedies in accordance with law.
2.Since the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature, in view of the payment made, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
