This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 500 days in filing the application to restore the above W.P(MD) No.12907 of 2020 which was dismissed on 30.01.2023 for nonprosecution.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
