ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 I.P.C and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.22 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant has a child also. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions of the petitioners, undertakes that the defacto complainant will be given a sum of Rs.10,000/- every month. The Bank details of the defacto complainant shall be collected by the petitioners and the aforesaid amount shall be disbursed on or before 10th day of every month. This liability will be commenced from September-2018 onwards. This is only an interim arrangement. It is subject to the out come of the divorce petition.

XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet. The petitioners are permitted to offer the common sureties.
5. Subject to this condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
