ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUDHAGAR NAGARAJ.N, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- There is no need to review the order earlier passed by me. The earlier order dated 03.02.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.15626 of 2022 does not affect the rights of the petitioner. I have not passed an order on merits. I had specifically mandated that the local body shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. Since the petitioner appears to have interest in the subject matter, the petitioner should also be heard by the local body before final order is passed, if final order has not already been passed. 2.With this direction to the local body, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
