O R D E R

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner challenges the impugned eviction order dated 26.04.2021.

3. We wanted to know if this order was preceded by any show cause notice. On instructions from the officials, the Government counsel informed the Court that no such notice was issued. Thus, the impugned order suffers from violation of principles of natural justice.

4. On this sole ground, we quash the impugned order. The matter is remanded to the third respondent. The third respondent shall issue proper show cause notice to the petitioner and thereafter, pass order afresh in accordance with law. This exercise will be 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.11386 OF 2021 completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed accordingly. No costs.
