ORDER

This Revision has been filed for a direction to the Rent Control Appellate Authority(Principal Subordinate Judge), Thiruchirappalli to dispose of the appeal in R.C.A.No.27 of 2014, within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.P.Vinoth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Eviction petition filed on the ground of own use and occupation by the petitioner was allowed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority on 17.10.2014. Against that order the respondent has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority in R.C.27 of 2014. It is further submitted that the appeal was posted for arguments on 15.12.2015 and 18.02.2016. However, the respondent without arguing the case took adjournment and the delay in disposing of the case causes prejudice to the petitioner.

3. Considering the above facts, the Rent Controll Appellate Authority, Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli shall dispose the appeal in R.C.A.No.27 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
