Respondent Prayer : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to dispose of the civil miscellaneous appeal in C.M.A.No.13 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil within a time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This revision has been filed for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to dispose of the C.M.A.No.13 of 2004 within a time frame.

2. Mr.R.Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2010 against the respondent for divorce. Aggrieved over the dismissal of the original petition, an appeal was filed before the District Court in the year 2012.

3. Though the appeal was posted for arguments in the year 2014, subsequently there is no progress, which causes prejudices to the interest of the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent and perused the records.

5. Considering the above facts, the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil is directed to dispose of the C.M.A.No.13 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before 31.08.2016.

6. With the above direction this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
