Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 herein to implementation of the peace committee report passed by the 3rd respondent dated 30.06.2023 and prevent the respondents 6 to 10 herein not to change the identity of the temple name as well as the customary practice and maintain the Law and order issue for the ensuring days during the conducting temple festival namely Sri raj and Sri Kamatchi amman situated at Allinagaram Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, which enabling all the family members participate in the temple festival in peaceful manner. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that in the peace committee meeting, it was agreed to peacefully and jointly conduct the petition mentioned festival. I am satisfied that cause of action has not been arisen. 2/4
