Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to award the petitioner one more mark for the Question No.97 in B Series in the TET Examination 2013 and thereby include the petitioner in the eligibility list and give appointment for the petitioner.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.H.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.R.SHANMUGANATHAN, Standing Counsel on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Stating that no writ appeal has been preferred against the order of the writ Court, the petitioner seeks to reopen the contempt petition that was closed by recording that the respondents have preferred an appeal.

SUB A(MD) No.148 of 2021 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the case status report, where it is seen that the writ appeal against the order of the writ Court has been preferred and an application seeking condone the delay in filing the writ appeal in C.M.P.(MD).No.10509 of 2021, is pending before the Honourable Division Bench.
