ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.185 of 2021.

2. It is pertinent to note that the learned Judicial Magistrate has only issued summons to the accused and the same is pending.

3. Since the learned Judicial Magistrate has issued summons to the accused, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise.
