This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.02.2024.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was also considered and the same was closed after enquiry on 20.09.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the complaint of the petitioner also enquired and closed, no further order is required to be passed in this case.
4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report of the complaint in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
