This petition has been filed to vacate the interim order of status quo dated 20.11.2023 passed in CMP(MD) No.15588 of 2023 in S.A. (MD) No.661 of 2023.

2. I find that this Court had granted an interim order of status quo as early as on 20.11.2023. After hearing the learned counsel for the respondent, who has now taken out the present application seeking to vacate the interim order of status quo, I also notice that the records have been received and that the appeal itself is ready for final hearing. Therefore, there is no necessity to independently hear the vacate stay application, particularly when the issues raised therein can be considered at the time of final hearing of the Second Appeal.

3. Hence, this petition is closed. Post the Second Appeal for final hearing on 08.07.2026.
