For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS Under Sec.482 r/w 439 (1) (b) of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 29.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2084 of 2022 in regarding with directing the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, South Gate Police Station Daily twice at 10.00 am., and 05.00 pm., for until further orders. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed seeking modification of the condition that has been imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.2084 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022. 2.The petitioner is facing charges under Section 392 r/w 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.115 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the condition that has been imposed by the trial Court, he can approach the concerned Court for modification. If his request is rejected by the concerned Court, then only he can approach this Court. Directly approaching this Court for modification of the condition that has been imposed by the trial Court or other Court may not be proper.
