ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 for the creation of the forged documents by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 to 5 before the second respondent for forging of documents, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that earlier the petitioner lodged a 2/5

complaint against the private respondents and they conducted an enquiry and closed. Again, the petitioner for the same set of allegations, sent a representation, dated 19.02.2025 and they also assigned CSR No.144 of 2025 and the same is pending for enquiry and will dispose of the same within a period of one week.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 5, is inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.02.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

6. With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
