Respondents PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for fixing the boundary stones and also for laying fence in the property situated in Survey No.111/6C to an extent of 0.97.00 Ares situated at Mannarkottai.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection. Already there is a decree of the civil Court with reference to the suit property between the parties in O.S.No.105 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, they learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that both parties have agreed to make the fencing. Therefore, as per the decree, if the petitioner wants to put up the fencing, the respondent police shall grant protection, in terms of the civil Court decree.
