..RESPONDENTS Prayer : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of Inida for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pertaining to the Hill rotation seniority list in Mathematics Graduate Teacher 2015 to 2016 on teh file of the 3rd respondent signed on 25.02.2015 and quash the same as illegal, unjust, unconstitutional without jurisdiction in so far as the petitioner is concern and to direct teh respondents not to transfer and disturb the post of petitioner as teh Graduate Teacher in Vallayapatti Panchayat union middle School by considering the petitioners representation dated 31.03.2015 and to pass such other orders that may be deemed to be fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and for consequential orders and to pass such other orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed challenging the Hill rotation seniority list in Mathematics Graduate Teacher 2015 to 2016, signed on 25.02.2015, and consequential direction to the respondents not to transfer and disturb the post of petitioner as the Graduate Teacher in Vallayapatti Panchayat union middle School by considering the petitioners representation dated 31.03.2015.

2. Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a a time frame to be fixed by this court.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue involved, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.03.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in the accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard. If on a specified date the petitioner does not appear for personal hearing, orders may be passed on merits based on the available records after recording the absence of the Party/Parties.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
