ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A7, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341 and 302 I.P.C, in Crime No.156 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner along with other accused persons has attacked the defacto complainant's husband one Siva and caused his death. Hence, the complaint.

the deceased from escaping from the place of occurrence. He would further submit that the accused nos.1 and 2 are the main accused and this petitioner has not caused any injury to the deceased and hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to this petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner was also present at the time of occurrence. He would further submit that the petitioner is having two previous cases and the investigation in this case is yet to be completed. 5.Considering the nature of offence committed by this petitioner and the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
