ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4429 of 2025, dated 17.03.2025.
2. Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition without any violation.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal 1/3
Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(ix) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4429 of 2025, dated 17.03.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
