According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents to grant permission to conduct the "Sastha Kovil Thiruvizha" in Lighting Kabadi competition on 04.08.2018 at about 11.00 p.m., to 05.08.2018 at about 12.00 a.m., along with necessary sound service at Malaiyaramapuram, Pavoorchathiram, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The respondents have not passed any order. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation

of the petitioner dated 09.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.07.2018. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
