Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by one Jesuraj, seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned order in Crl.M.P.No.129 of 2024 on the file of the learned Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, dated 05.04.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is the victim in this case and though the petitioner has applied for a certified copy of the impugned order, the same has not been entertained by the Court. Hence, this petition has been filed.
