2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Mohideen Basha, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that based upon the complaint given by the second respondent, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Trichirappalli on 19.07.2021 for the offences under Sections 417, 420, 294(b), 506(i) IPC.

3. Since the case has been registered against the petitioner, he has to face the investigation and work out remedy by taking the appropriate proceedings, the question of harassment does not arise.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent with the above said liberty, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
