Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2015 and consequently to survey petitioner land by fixing the boundary in Survey No.1554/8, 1554/9, 1554/1A, total extent of 4 1⁄2 Acres and which is situated at Varusanadu, Mailadumparai Village, Andipatti Taluk Theni Dist.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for directing the respondents to fix the boundary for the lands owned by him.

2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Spl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Spl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the fourth respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
