No.765 of 2016 :- This Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order dated 05.12.2015 made in I.A.No.869 of 2011 in O.S.No.1559 of 2004 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchy.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requsition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, vide letter in D.No. 2450/HC(J)/2020, dated 12.06.2020 Seeking Two months time for disposing the Civil Revision Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.K.Senthil, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Jayaprakaash Narayanan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court by order, dated 30.01.2017, directed the learned II Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirapalli, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1559 of 2004 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the II Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirapalli, requested this Court for extension of time to dispose of the said case and this Court also granted four months time.

2.Now, the learned Judge requested further time of two months to dispose of the above said case.

3.The request of the learned Judge is reasonable. Though the request is to grant further time of two months, in view of the outbreak of COVID-19, this Court grant eight months time from today to comply with the order of this Court, dated 30.01.2017.
