This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.49 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police insofar as the petitioner's concerned.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in crime No. 49 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur on 24.02.2022.
3.Under these circumstances, this Court finds no merit in this case and the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
