O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents to conduct survey of the property at Patta No.176 in Town Survey Nos.59/1 and 59/2, situated in Ward Y, Puthur Post, Ko Abhisekapuram Zone, Tiruchirappalli West, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The petitioner had given an application on 07.04.2022 and had paid necessary charges. The patta stands in the name of the petitioner herein.

3. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the respondents herein to issue notice to the petitioner and examine the documents produced by the petitioner and thereafter, proceed to survey the land and do the necessary needful as sought for by the petitioner. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date 2/4

of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
