ORDER

The writ petitioner/the second respondent in the writ petition in W.P. (MD)No.3231 of 2023 has filed the present application seeking to review the order of this Court dated 07.11.2022. As per the said order, this Court has directed to regain the property tax assessment in the name of Mr.P.Sethuraman, namely the fifth respondent herein. 2.Pending review application, the matter was referred to mediation at request of the parties.

3.During mediation proceedings, the official respondents were directed to conduct survey to find out in which survey number, the shed in dispute is located. As per the survey report, the review applicant has encroached upon some portion of the property belonging to 2/4

Mr.P.Sethuraman/fifth respondent and his brothers. Now the review applicant has agreed to remove the portion encroached as per the survey report. The review applicant as well as the fifth respondent in the review application have agreed that the property tax assessment may be transferred in the name of the review applicant, namely A.Raman. The parties have entered into a compromise before the Mediation Centre on 21.09.2023. 4.In view of the above said compromise, as and when the review applicant removes the encroachment from the property of Mr.P.Sethuraman and his brothers, the Panchayat President is directed to transfer the property tax assessment in favour of Mr.A.Raman/review applicant. 5.With the above said observations, this review application stands disposed of. No costs. The memorandum of compromise entered into between the parties before the Mediation Centre shall form part of the order.
