ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a mandamus to take action on his complaint.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner is having an effective alternative remedies under Sections 154, 154(3) and 156 Cr.P.C. Instead of making use of the same, the petitioner filed the present petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.44 of 2024 and the same was closed on 17.02.2024.

4.In view of the above said facts, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
