Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to include the petitioner's name in the provisional list of candidates selected after oral interview published on 27.01.2015 for the post of Assistant Professor in Commerce Subject under Blind category and issue appointment order to the petitioner as per the notification of the third respondent in direct recruitment of Assistant Professor in Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Service for Government Arts and Science Colleges-2012 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
