According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents to grant permission to conduct "Kabaadi Competition" in memory of Kodangiamman Kovil Maadu festival for using Box Speakers on 28.07.2018 and 29.07.2018 starting from Saturday night 10.00 pm to Sunday evening 06.00 pm in our Village Kodangipatti, Palamedu via., Madurai District. The respondents have not passed any order. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 25.07.2018. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
