O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to take action against the respondents 5 to 11 for their illegal act of excommunication of the petitioner from the village, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned counsel appearing for both parties represented before this Court that pursuant to the enquiry conducted by the respondent police, both parties have entered into a compromise and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
