The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 as well as the writ petitioner made a submission that the original writ petitioner passed away and subsequently, all the benefits were settled in favour of his wife. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
