ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the orders impugned in this Writ Petition were challenged by the very same petitioner in W.P.(MD).No. 11103 of 2023 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 30.11.2023. A perusal of the order passed in the earlier Writ Petition would indicate that the petitioner withdrew the earlier Writ Petition without any liberty. Therefore, the second Writ Petition filed by him challenging the very same orders is nothing but an abuse of process of Court. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
