The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to give any post to the petitioner on compassionate ground for the death of his father based on his representation dated 21.03.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.03.2015 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
