To direct the Additional District and Sessions Court for the exclusive trail of PCR Act cases, Sivagangai to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners on the same day on their surrender in connection with crime No.81 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent and thus render justice.

This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.7201/2022, dated 19.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to inconvenience, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
