This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members by way of interfering with the matter purely civil in nature. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint of the defacto complainant, they have called the petitioner for enquiry, thereafter, main petition itself was closed.
