Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AJMALKHAN S A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.JOTHIBASU, Advocate for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the order of this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.320/2023, dated 21.03.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to financial crisis, he could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks further time.

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that they have no objections, but the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the amount to be deposited by the petitioner. 4.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended till 15.06.2023. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount to be deposited by the petitioner.

5. Post the main case on 15.06.2023.
