ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who seek anticipatory bail, are facing charges under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) 379 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending against them.
