ORDER
The revision petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.227 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Usilampatti, Madurai. 2.This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike of the plaint itself. I am of the view that the petitioner can avail the remedy under Order VII Rule 11 CPC r/w 151 of CPC. Leaving all the contentions of the revision petitioner open, liberty is given to the revision petitioner to file such an application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Court below shall take up and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks, thereafter in accordance with law after giving notice to all the contesting parties. Till such time ,the suit proceedings shall be put on hold.
3.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
