ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 306 I.P.C., in Crime No.62 of 2018, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The deceased committed suicide by immolation on account of conduct of the petitioner herein. The petitioner is said to have illicit intimacy with his brother's wife. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of bail.
