Respondent in both petitions Common Prayer : These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to allow these revision petitions thereby fixing time limit for earlier disposal of R.C.O.P.Nos.98/2012 and 260/2013 pending on the file of the learned Principal Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Madurai Town.

For Petitioners : Mr.N.Murugesan in both petitions For respondent : Mr.V.Meenakshi Sundaram for D.Nallathambi in both petitions COMMON ORDER These revisions are filed for a direction to the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Madurai Town to dispose of R.C.O.P.Nos.98 of 2012 and 260 of 2013 within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners/landlords filed an eviction petition against the respondent in the year 2012 and the evidence of the petitioners' side was closed on 20.08.2015 and thereafter the petition is now posted for examination of the tenant and the pendency causes prejudices to the landlords.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the tenant has filed an application to recall and reopen the evidence of PW1 and the tenant has to be given an opportunity to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

defend his case.

4. Considering the above facts, the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Madurai Town is directed to dispose of the eviction petitions in R.C.O.P.Nos.98/2012 and 260/2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.08.2016.

5. With the above direction these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No Costs.
