Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10687 of 2018, dated 28.06.2018 to execute the surety before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
