RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl O.P(MD) No.7775 of 2022 dt.06.05.2022 on the file of this court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7775/2022, dated 06.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending.

4.Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on 18.06.2022 and 19.06.2022 and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
