O.P.(MD) No. 8050 of 2022 dated 29/04/2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KALIDASS.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8050/2022, dated 29.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
