This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and his family members for offering prayers in the Arulmigu Sangaya Swamy and Nagammal Samy Temple at Muthuvan Thidal, Piramanur Post, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2022.

W.P(MD)No.10976 of 2022 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and his family members are prohibited from offering prayers in the Arulmigu Sangaya Swamy and Nagammal Samy Temple at Muthuvan Thidal, Piramanur Post, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. For getting permission and police protection, the petitioner has given a representation, dated 31.05.2022 to the second respondent, but the same was not considered by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that now the second respondent is ready to consider the petitioner's representation. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.05.

2022 and pass necessary peaceful orders, within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
